Baby Blue IndigoRoeni was waiting as Mirror opened the door to the cafe. She glanced over at the younger girl and nodded, sitting at the table with her. Roeni tried smiling convincingly, but there wasn't anything genuine about it. She was scared and unhappy.   
"Hello, again." Mirror said finally, pulling out her wallet. "Do you like coffee?"   
"Oh, uhm... don't worry about me. I'm fine." Roeni shook her head.  
 
"I insist. Coffee? Tea? What would you like?"   
"A tea would be lovely, thanks." the girl's voice became even more quiet. Mirror hadn't thought it was possible to have more trouble hearing her. Smiling, Mir Baby Blue Indigo

Untitled 20The woods seemed much more overgrown since the last time Mirror had seen them -- or rather, since the last time she'd envisioned them. Tishen, however, seemed to have little trouble navigating through what he explained was a route he'd taken many times.   
"I've known Jade since I first ran into her in town. She goes there to buy essentials that she can't make herself. Anyway, it was one of the most surreal feelings I've ever had; very similar to when I saw you in class. The Connection is really different." Tishen explained while helping Mirror over a log. Mirror smiled when she landed softly on the other side, thankful that he'd he Untitled 20

Untitled 19Tishen crept into the field. Mirror had drifted off some time after the phone call and was now asleep in the prickly grass. Sitting beside her, Tish brushed some of her hair out of her face. Mirror stirred slightly and opened her eyes, smiling sleepily as she did.   
"Well, hello there. I'm sorry. I get impatient sometimes." she said, sitting up and ruffling her own hair. She looked back at the boy sitting beside her, with his pretty honey-coloured hair and dark brown eyes. He simply returned the smile and nodded.   
"No worries, Mirror. If you want a nap, then take one. I don't mind at all."
